During some local storms, SERVPRO of Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights was called out to remove water from the basement that the sump pump could not keep up with the water coming into the home.

When the local area was hit by lots of rain, SERVPRO of Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights was called out to service this home after the sump pump failed to remove all the water from the basement of this home.  

Floor drain back up during storms

Due to strong storms in the Arlington Heights area, this customer called us due to water back up from her sump pump room.  The water had come into the home so fast that the sump pump could not keep up.  This homeowner had water throughout the entire basement area.  SERVPRO of Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights technicians arrived onsite and got to work cleaning up the water and debris from the sump pump.
