Sewage backup in Prospect Heights, IL

The basement of a Prospect Heights home experienced a sewage backup as a result of the outside sewer lines getting clogged with tree roots. Tree roots can be very harmful to the outside pipes of a home. They can cause these types of situations to occur. If you look closely you can see bits of toilet paper on the floor and some dirty water as well. The clogged sewer lines caused the sewerage to back up in through the customer's drains in the basement and onto their basement floors. Our technicians were able to properly clean up the floors with our portable hot water cleaning machine and then fully sanitize the entire area.
